Nabru Self Assembly Sofas

Deliveries that I've made gaps in my schedule for cancelled twice.They also delivered the wrong sofa. The height of the second sofa we have is not as advertised by

Love my new sofa. We live in a flat with a very narrow staircase and didn't think we could get a sofa to fit, so was really pleased to fit this company. Paid extra for assembly and very friendly delivery driver put the sofa together for us. Definitely recommend

Ordered on 29th January and arranged for delivery on 11th February. A very quick turnaround. Kristian kept me informed on day of delivery, which is what you want from a company, so was able to pop out in morning. He arrived and checked off all items. We had decided to assemble ourselves, took about 30mins, definitely needed a strong arm fr the hubby. Higher then previous sofa and have been advised that cushions will soften. Overall from seeing sofas at showroom in Uxbridge to delivery, very happy. There was some confusion over the delivery date, my fault but was sorted easily. I cant fault Nabru and their team. I will be buying from them again, to add to my sofa and making it a corner unit with sofa bed.

The foam seating has recently changed and they are now incredibly hard! Numb bums all round. Even with the alternative seat base it's still very uncomfortable to sit on. Nabru offer no help or apologies, we just have to deal with an uncomfortable sofa. It has been 6 weeks since we got the sofa and the foam hasn't eased at all. Expect aches and pains. Would not recommend.

Seats nothing like previous purchases. Seat foam far too dense and a most as hard as the seat boards You could bounce a tennis ball of them ant cant sit in them for more than half an hour! DONT BUY! .
