        Why can't Laptop users (Young and Old alike) go to the Library in Uxbridge to use them there. Utterly selfish people who spend hours hogging tables. In France they have started banning laptops from similar establishments so it needs to be done here as well. What's wrong in buying a coffee in the Library at the same time?

        Incredible experience in this coffee shop. As we came in, my friend went to sit down and I went to order some coffees. On the way back to the table, while carrying the drinks, I slipped on this metallic floor and fell dramatically on my side holding on to one of the drinks but the other one smashed to the ground. Some concerned customers and my friend helped me and asked me of I was ok. I sat down and cleaned the coffee off my hair, face and jacket. NO MEMBER OF STAFF CAME TO SEE ME to ask if I was OK, eventhough it happened right in front of them but someone came to mop the floor! To make the matter worse, when my friend went to get a replacement drink, they insisted that they had to charge for it !!! She had to threaten to speak to the manager to get the coffee free of charge.
