It was a waste of money! We hurriedly hired this company without doing any research or review checks. They charged more than 300 for nothing. We called them for rodent issue in a terraced house. Their service was beyond imaginations.They came and left 3 boxes of bait. Did nothing else. I could have done the same by spending 30 from the Wilkinson for the bait box and bait. We had to do our own survey, sealing the entry point etc This company is RUBBISH and Bunch of cowboys. No real value for the money. Don't use this company Service: Rodent extermination

Order Ref: PES-428037 Response from the company was quick - the technician came the same day to solve a mice problem. Large holes in the understairs cupboard were blocked up with wire wool and expanding foam. Areas under kitchen cupboards and in chimney breast were checked and mouse bait laid down. Gaps around radiator pipes were blocked with wire wool. Technician advised that external air bricks should be covered with wire mesh. Fortunately, we have not seen any further evidence of mice activity since. Communication from this company is excellent. Not a cheap service though - it cost 420, paid upfront, covering up to 3 visits. Service: Rodent extermination

We used this company to get rid of what was originally a very minor mouse infestation (we called within the first week of seeing the mouse, and had only seen one mouse but evidence of a few more). Unfortunately we were really disappointed with the approach as there was no strategy - they planted poison and filled in holes at the same time meaning we still have mice trapped in our house 3 months later who are seeming to survive and multiplying despite the poison. They also failed to identify several large holes in the rest of the property which explained how the mice were moving around. We've now had to hire a second company (Fast&Clean Pest Control) who came in with a proper strategy and 1 year guarantee with unlimited visits within the price. It was more expensive but worth it, don't waste your money like we did by booking multiple companies. Service: Rodent extermination

Job reference - PES-386568 Fantastic service and great communication. Had issues with bed bugs.. Tried several sprays but probably persisted. Ryan from Pestcos (Bed Bugs Gone) came and sorted the issue and communicated well to make sure the problem was eradicated. They also offer warranty period for extra peace of mind.
