        I have been a customer of H&T for about 4 years with other branches, the staff in the Uxbridge store has reluctantly answered a query of interest rate mentioned in the contract. She says she have no idea what it is. I dont know then what are they trained of. Such a horrible experience with that particular staff .Also I told her that we tried to use online services to pay but every time we try and it refunds back to account within 2 days.She replies like it has never been reported by others and answers like I am lying. I told her I spoke to the customer Service via phone and they agreed that its some tech issues and asked to pay in the store. This lady is really not fit for be a customer service role. H&T please keep some trained staff in your office rather than keeping ppl who dont know what their job is.
