Nobody could explain me why I need to pay for contact lenses trials whilst it is written on the website that it is free

Im not usually one to complain but this place is a joke, been back and fourth with appointments for the last 2 weeks and every time I have waited nearly an hour to be seen. Or not been seen at all. Im told to come for a contact lens teaching appointment at 6pm by a member of staff, only to be turned away when I arrive because its too late. Why would I randomly turn up at 6pm if I wasnt told to? There is no sense of urgency in this place and terrible customer service. I left a complaint 3 days ago and still havent heard anything in return.

Very poor customer service just asked to sit down at a counter. Which i did. No explanation staff absolutely hopeless. Shop open at 09.00 and no staff until 09.30 30

I dont know why i continue to come to this branch. It most definitely will be the last time, it takes a while to be acknowledged and once you have youre just constantly waiting around, passed from person to person. Ive been waiting 40mins for my appt.
