I was very lucky to win a competition that Smooch wedding rings is in partnership with. They have been very generous and gave me multiple choices extra, as I had my heart set on a specific style which wasn't in the prize selection. They were happy for me to try and send back until I was happy with one. They have very quick responses and when my ring arrived, I was over the moon with the quality. The delivery process is very quick, and very helpful. I also have ordered my fiancee ring, and they directed us on what would be the best kind of ring to go for. I couldn't fault my overall experience with this company.

Overall very happy with Smooch, we originally purchased my wife's engagement ring from them over 10 years ago, they made the ring to her specifications. We recently lost a diamond from the ring due to an accident - Smooch took the ring back, fixed the issue and returned it looking as good as new. Many thanks and would recommend their services.
