        Poor communication. Slow to respond to questions. Unable to communicate instructions clearly and simply about managing the back end so we have been unable to use our events page (which was the main reason we wanted a professionally designed site). Came here on personal recommendation but it's clearly gone downhill. Recommend avoid at all costs.
