I had a difficult family matter to deal with, I was getting very concerned, and even becoming unwell with it all. I knew I needed to speak with a Solicitor but, I was in unfamiliar territory and felt I had a confusing predicament therefore initially I found it daunting to go to a Solicitor. She put me at my ease, understood immediately my situation & even at that stage put my mind to rest.
