I reluctantly leave this review, however, I bought a new ice cream display freezer. I had it working for maybe 2 months. It broke in November and I have been waiting since for a repair. At first I was told the engineer had been to site, but no one had been by and I have CCTV to back this up. Over a month later someone realised the serial number on the job ticket and the serial number I had provided didn't match!!!! And now they are just ignoring or delaying any further works. I would seriously consider looking elsewhere as the after sales service is pretty shocking. If you call the number and go through to warranty, it is, in actual fact a sales department and according to the rude lady no managers are ever available, "they aren't based at that site" and there is nothing the sales team can do, even though you go through to warranty......... After emailing for a manger to call so we can get a plan in action, nope just more emails from the warranty team with no end date in site. Really a truly shocking service. I would be ashamed if my business run in this way. If you do go ahead and order good luck and I hope you encounter a better level of service than we have so far, if you don't, don't say I didn't warn you.
