        We submitted a claim in early April for a chipped windscreen which the car hire company said required replacing. All the required documentation was submitted but then three weeks later Halo asked for the same documentation again. I was then advised that they did indeed already have all the documentation they needed and that subject to authorisation, I should expect payment within 7-10 working days. Chase up emails have since been ignored. It is now over two months since submitting my claim and still no sign of any payment. Worst insurance company I have had the misfortune of dealing with in 40 years.

        I'm having a really BAD with this company: I hired a car with do you spain in malaga. I've paid 135 euro for the ACCIDENT INSURANCE so if anything happens I will be 100% covered. Do you spain charged me 600 Euros when I brought the car back. This was END OF SEPT 2020. They gave me a support email to make the claim. Which i did, and since then -after satisfy all their requirements I'm still waiting for the payback of these 600 EUROS! NO MATTER IF I ADDRESS DO YOU SPAIN DIRECTLY OR HALO INSURANCE SERVICES who's the insurance intermediary for Zurich insurances.!!!!!!! IM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY!!!!
