        Rooms: Had a little nosey floor in the room above which needs attention ,kept us awake and up earlier than I would have liked . Food & drinks: Very pleasant bar area and the food and breakfast looked good.

        'We are experiencing unusually high call volume right now please call later'!! - Even when calling the stood right at the reception. Our 'family room ' wasn't setup on arrival and noone took our calls while on the way to the hotel. The message above is all u get. After 30 min of wait upto 11pm in the night for 'setup' we still didn't get a room with 4 towels in it for the morning.

        Rooms: Large TV on the wall though the plug and play sockets don't seem to work. Clean and quiet. Food & drinks: Beefeater included in the building. Good choice of food and great quality.
