Went In today for a consultation and Kristy and Mary were so kind and listened. This is the sort of place which makes you feel like home. They are very experienced and knowledgeable. Hope to see them soon oneday xx

I went to get a small trim at this place. The blonde hairdressers hands were shaking the entire time she cut my hair and she was rushing. At first glance my hair seems a little bit choppy but as soon as I put it into a ponytail you can see how ridiculously bad the haircut is. They practically cut steps into my hair and I have to get it corrected at my usual hair salon. Avoid. Edit: I was accused by both hairstylists of writing bad reviews to try and take their money. They defamed me by suggesting I was one of those cheapskates who wrote bad reviews to get my money back (which made me laugh because I only wrote a few reviews in my whole accounts history, all of which have varying ratings). When I pointed this out to them, the aforementioned blonde hairdresser changed the narrative and instead desperately accused that it wasnt me in these pictures. This is ridiculous because I still have the same distinctive hair colour and phone in my hand, and you can clearly see my fringe behind my ears in that picture. Once I pointed out it was obviously me in the picture, she 180d again and deflected by saying this step in my hair was because I didnt brush my hair properly (LOL!). They made a huge fuss and told me my previous hairstylist must have caused the problem with my haircut (I must not have noticed in the five years Ive been seeing her!) before they took out the cash for the refund. The woman who began to process the refund began talking about me in Persian without realising I was also Persian speaking (lmao), so I understood everything she was saying. Once I heard the way she was talking about me, I was so disgusted that I thought it was not even worth getting my money back. I am not a beggar and the constant deflections were pathetic. So I did not even take back the refund because they were showing extremely poor customer service and attitude. I hope theyre both happy with my 18 and it was worth it. I will never be going back to this terrible salon again.

I was seen by Chris who was absolutely amazing I'd never had a perm and decided to give it a go she was really kind and explained everything to me The shop was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly they even fitted me in the same day! staff where friendly and chatty, but not overbearing.. Asked for Keratin treatment specifically but instead they give me a chemical straightening using a Home kit from Wella. Still remember they saying keratin treatment is an expensive procedure and charged me 100 at first. I figured out the kit they were using was just 20 at most on amazon and they charged me 85 at last which is a complete unfair price. All she did was following the steps on the kit. Complete fraud. Even saw them high fives on my way back from getting cash. Seems like they feel good scamming a 19 years old student. Highly not recommend. Service: Keratin treatments
