        The Gym has very bad customer service they never pick up whenever you call and charge you 40+ for overdue payment.

        The gym has been permanently shut down. Regardless of the failing equipment and obvious lack of management, the least you could've done is inform your members that the gym will now no longer be operating! Having to go the gym to find a notice taped to the door is not how you treat paying members. Please anyone who currently has a membership here cancel your direct debit because the company will continue to take payments for a gym which is shut. Hopefully a new owner will takeover who actually cares about the gym and its members.
