        I'm so disappointed with the service. All we wanted to do is report a missed food collection. We can't even do that because no one will help. We have tried calling done an e-mail and no one has answered and it saying that we not registered for a food bin. So what have they been picking up in August. How you changed your phone call service is disappointing dose not work.

        Website is non-functional. Each time you try and log in it sends you down a rabbit hole of frustration until you have to call. Good luck with that. You will be held in a queue until you hang up. They do give you and option of a call back. I tried that. They never called back. An embarrassment.

        Hello, I was there today and they all behaved like angels. I am really grateful to each and every one of them there, a lady at the counter B ,helped me a lot with patience and kindness, they are really angels from God. I will never forget that angel, they are all hardworking and kind love you angel Thank you for everything
