From planning to building to the final product everything was done in the space of a month, customer service was superb, every little detail asked for in the build was done, everything was fairly priced, for beginners looking for a gaming pc rig I highly recommend this company, currently two days into using the pc and have had zero issues what so ever. The build quality exceeded my expectations as I requested a white pc build on a budget, the outcome was beyond what I was expecting and I am super happy with the pc and will be returning for upgrades in the future.

Absolutely 5 stars out of 5 stars; from the excellent customer service, speed of building the PC, packaging and care for the parts in inventory (when finalized) and pricing. One of the most impressive aspects of this service is the speed in which the PC was built and ready to collect. As of my experience it took around one day to build (after the components were delivered), then one day for testing and after this i could collect my new computer. With his services you can of course use components you have brought or he will order the components for you. I chose the latter option as i know near to nothing about PC building and he happily agreed for no extra cost or hassle. Which leads into my next positive, being the customer service. As we were discussing the PC build that i wanted he ran through multiple options and alternative which would satisfy my requirements. Through this process he explained everything too me (in both layman's and technical) which then further assisted my in deciding what specific components i would choose for the build. Thus, this is more like a consultancy then a recommendation. Another time in which his customer service was exceptional was, when i needed assistance with installing the computer/ other help relating to the computer. As i was allowed to text him to explain my dilemma, which then i received swift and concise assistance. In terms of the pricing, it was affordable and fair and this is due to the him establishing a price which was agreed upon before the start of the build. Thus, there was no confusion or monetary issues later on in the process. Lastly, after the PC was built it was put in his inventory ready for me to collect, his inventory is very secure and safeguarded. So it ensured the protection of my product.
