I dont think theyve got the first clue here. On two occasions theyve welched on the agreed upon quote they gave me; on arriving at the store they told me theyd got the quote wrong, and Id have to pay considerably more - despite both parties agreeing on the quote. There was no ambiguity in the quote (I used to work in a printers, I know how to request a print job accurately) and they wouldnt honour their original stated price. On top of that when I arrived there they had printed it the wrong size, so I had to wait for the privilege of paying the higher price too! I will never go back here, I recommend you find somewhere else too.
