-Warm and friendly welcome from the moment you enter the salon: Even as a newbie, I was greeted as soon as I arrived, told when my stylist/expert would be with me and asked if I would enjoy a refreshment. -All of the staff care: If they are free, they are assisting their colleagues and their colleagues clientele. Incredible morale and team-based environment. It isnt forced either. They just all genuinely seem to like each other and assist. -Experts in every field: Cuts, color, correction, extensions, massage, mani/pedi, waxing you name it and they have a subject matter expert around to assist. -No shaming: Even if you come in, as I did, with really a destroyed mane, there was no laughing, no shaming, no humiliation. I expected all of the above, but my heart was relieved when they were just understanding and focused on moving forward. -Parking: Although I took an Uber, I noticed plenty of parking near the salon and it is on a quiet road adjacent to the hustle and bustle. Easy to arrive and easy to depart. I am new to the area and was looking for a salon that provided blonding expertise, hair extensions and warmth. This salons reviews are so on point. My before and after photo validates my experience. An absolute life changing experience. Sadee is a master in hair and such a beautiful human. The salon has a culture built on respect, expertise, training and kindness. What a find!!!
