Awful branch! Its not the first time they were awkward. A few month ago they did not accept a cash deposit over the counter and did not advise that I could have deposited money into the cash machine without being asked silly questions. Today they did not accept an old pound coin, while Lloyds was happy to accept. The manager just as useless as the over the counter staff.

I came in to open a bank account as a foreigner and within the hour everything was done. Jar took care of me, he was very helpful and efficient. After having trouble to open an account for a month with Lloyds and Barclays, it was a relief to finally find a place with such a good service. Would 100% recommend
