Sevda is a great architect. We are very lucky that she undertook the planning permission and building control aspects for our back extension and she provided us with beautiful designs. During the construction, Sevda kept in touch with the constructors regularly. She was always there to help and solve any unexpected issues. Besides the fact that she is experienced and a great architect, Sevda was able to regularly answer any inquiry we had. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and we highly recommend her.

Sevda was a pleasure to work with. She has a very good knowledge of the local planning policies and the way Councils planning departments work. On top of that, she has the attention to detail and strikes the right balance between great looking designs with practicality and functionality. My project was a new build, my previous architect had let me down and failed to get the plans approved. Once Sevda was appointed, she took charge and created designs which achieved my brief as well as ticked all the boxes from a policies perspective. She kept on top of agreed timelines and was excellent at managing expectations. Keep up the great work Sevda, thanks for all your help!
