Natural Healthcare - Uxbridge Acupuncture

I received really awful customer service from the female Doctor at the Natural Healthcare in Uxbridge. I walked in enquiring about having a massage and acupuncture done. However, when I asked her about the treatments available and their prices, she got a bit annoyed with me and said that "you don't have any knowledge about Chinese treatment." After having gained a better understanding of the treatments on offer, I had agreed to have a combined treatment of acupuncture, cupping, and a massage done. To be honest, my treatment was pretty average. During my treatment the Doctor kept on walking out of the room to answer phone calls and to get the door. Two hours later my treatment was finally complete. I thanked lady and was about to walk out, when she stopped me and said "you need more treatments, you need to come on Wednesday". She was also trying to persuade me to buy Chinese balms and medicines. When I explained to her that I would like to think about it and didn't want to buy anything today. She appeared to get quite frustrated and answered in an abrupt tone of voice, "I am very busy, you don't care for your health, I need to go and have lunch now." To conclude the treatment was mediocre and the customer service was very poor, hence the two stars!

Genuinely one of the best massages I've had in my life. Was so grateful they could fit me in on short notice. Absolutely worth every penny! Can't wait to return!

Went in for cupping and massage, excellent service. Hassle free. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!
