My knowledge prior to the course was limited. I knew the numbers to call when in an emergency but would never have the confidence to entertain the idea of changing a tire. I felt intimidated about the whole process and believed I had no position in such a process. After the course I felt completely empowered, the warmth the girls showed while teaching the course was so welcoming and made an uncomfortable situation comfortable. No question was silly but rather encouraged. The tips and skills giving to me during this course has not only provided me with confidence but has informed me of important safety questions that I should be asking my mechanic. I would recommend this course highly, even just to spend the time with the girls and the other women in the class. I would recommend this course to anyone who drives or doesnt as the skills and information are vital. Thank you

I have just had rear body repairs and reversing sensors fitted the work was done to a high standard this is a very friendly but professional company the work was of good value and I highly recommend them.
