Not even 1 star, absolutely rude, no customer service. I walked it to return an evri parcel, the guy said wait 3 minutes with no explanation why then ignores me when I asked why. He scans the parcel then says throw it in the box over there and here's your receipt. I did so and left the shop then realising the receipt was not filled in so quickly returned within 10 seconds of leaving (as soon as I opened the door he says "WHAT?") so I questioned why the receipt was not filled out with date and item number, which he replies do it yourself if you want it filled in. I cannot believe how rude this guy was, first and last time I use this shabby, run down shop. Avoid at all costs not worth ruining your mood for.

Absolutely worst customer service ever. First and last time visiting this shop. Took an evri parcel asked the lady if they can accept evri parcels to which she responded yes but wait 2 minutes which was fine. Asked her a few minutes later if she was ready and she absolutely went ballistic. The line that stood out is that why dont you Asians have any patience. To which I was shocked! She looks Asian herself. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SHOP

This little shop,Aladin s cave has been helping me and my family for a few years now. The owners have many roles to play.from shop keeper to listener. They work very hard and I wish them good health and rewards for years to come

I wouldnt even give this shop one star but had to, Google doesnt let you leave zero stars. Avoid this shop if wanting to return parcels by Evri. The lady who was at the till when I visited is very rude and has no customer service skills. I visited the shop to return my parcels on a Sunday around 5.20pm. She refused to take them. She was very unfriendly and abrupt. This shop should not be a Evri parcel shop. Judging by many other comments this shop wants money from Evri but doesnt want to provide the service. The lady needs some lessons in customer service, shocked by the way she treated me. Disgusted!
