I had an appointment for a hearing test on 18th August 2022 and was advised that I would need hearing aids but was told there could be a delay in getting them. I was phoned in early November with an apology for the delay and have heard nothing since and it is now 10th February. Not worth using and nothing is worth this wait however well recommended. I have now had a really long and constructive phone call with Louise and she has gone out of her way to make sure I have multiple appointments to enable me to get the right hearing aids. Louise could not have been more helpful and friendly as she has been from my very first appointment and I am looking forward to my appointments with her.

Excellent service and extremely polite 2 ladies(sorry dont remember names) and Imran are an asset to the team. Imran fixed my Sunglasses twice, which wasnt even purchased from them and he didnt even charge for it. Thank you

Where do I start from start to end process for having my Raybans Repaired Imran Anita and the receptionist Indian lady with the headscarf have been an absolute great help the service has been nothing but mind blowing and very professional Imran sourced my the broken foldaway Centre bar for my broken sunglasses and Anita kindly fitted in the centre bar the work carried out on my sunglasses has been very good and I really appreciate Harold Opticians in Uxbridge thank u Imran Anita and the very warm and welcoming receptionist for such an amazing service cant wait to wear my sunglasses in Italy on the 6th November as the weather looks promising shiv.
