        I have been training with Kamon for several years now at the Uxbridge and Harrow classes under Dave's tutelage. I like the progressive structure at Kamon, it allows it to stay practical, accessible and fun. I have no reservations in recommending Kamon to anyone, male or female that wants to learn practical self-defence.
