Went all the way there only to be told its a telephone consultation! This is becoming a joke. I can't believe things have got so bad.

These guys have a second page under Oakland medical practice and the reviews there are terrible. They don't have a call queue system and don't respond to your emails. I have to physically go in to book appointments and get them to respond to my emails. I don't know why they don't take my feedback on board about the call queue system. Why do I have to depend on pure luck to try to get through to them? I have a chronic condition and they still don't take this seriously or respond to emails.

Quick registration, lovely people. , very sad I changed my address and I need to change my gp,. I thank them for helping us in this difficult time.

Made us miss our appointment because the receptionist with the braids and lip piercing deciding to be lazy. She didnt let the doctors know we was here, after waiting over 60 minutes and being told to be patient. As I got to closing the nurse came out and said that shes done wig her last patient of the days and told me and 2 other people to rebook... So it wasnt just my family but and two patients who were waiting over an hour to be seen and wasnt because the receptionist wanted to chew her gum and roll her eyes rather than telling the doctors and nurses that patients are waiting. The receptionists response was oh, I guess youll have to rebook, but we are very busy.

From the reception staff to all nursing & medial staff we have received a polite, professional & a caring service. Recommended!
