I'm not sure what has happened to GP services over the last few years but no one wants to speak with you and when they do they can'y help. There is no point using online registration, booking etc services if your staff cannot navigate through them with patient on the phone.

Would leave 0 stars if possible. Had a Incident late at night, spoke to the NHS 111, they advised to NOT go to the hospital, and instead booked an appointment for me with my gp. The receptionist (not the doctor, the RECEPTIONIST) without even hearing my details, what had actually happened, just SHOUTED in a rude way, that I have to go to the hospital. I tried to say to her what had happened, but she didn't want to hear any of it. If you really wanted to be giving doctor advise, and be respected like a doctor, then you should of done the years of training to gain the pay grade of a doctor. YOU ARE NOT DOCTORS. Your self entitled Karen's who think because you hold all the power being the middle man between patient and docto it gives you can treat people how you want. Go get yourself a education if you want to act like a doctor.
