Gooey Waffle

I genuinely loved it so much. I think its the best cookie dough ive ever had and im a big dessert guy so Ive eaten a lot of cookie dough but this one was special. The size of the cookie dough is big, and then they add a choice of chocolate on top and then any choice of ice cream u want. It was so so tasty and big i couldnt eat it by myself ao had to share it with others.

My brother and I visited Gooey to indulge in a waffle and a couple of milkshakes. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory, starting with the service we received when we placed our order. As I was placing my waffle order, a larger woman interrupted the process and asked how many waffles I wanted. I informed her that I only wanted one waffle, but she then proceeded to ask my brother what he wanted, despite me not having finished my order. This was a shocking experience for me since I was still in the process of ordering, and she had already moved on to my brother. After paying, I requested Biscoff syrup for my milkshake, and a younger lady confirmed that she could add it. However, a man with one eyebrow told me that they didn't have Biscoff syrup, only paste for waffles. Although I was willing to settle for the paste, my frustration grew when I saw a woman next to me order Biscoff syrup with her waffle. When I asked if I could add the syrup to my milkshake and pay extra, the staff refused, stating that they needed to adhere to the milkshake menu. The younger lady who served us as we walked in and took our payment was lovely but continued to get overruled by the other staff which wasnt good for customers to witness. The waffle itself was enjoyable, but the poor service left a sour taste in our mouths. Next time, we will be going to Creams next door for better service.
