I get a parking ticket in a residential area where i have a parking permit and still i get a ticket,now i spoke with them to cancel that and they said no.

Parked in a car park I have been parking in for over a year with no problems at all. One night I come back to my car and find a ticket on my screen. 60 I have to pay this company for what services exactly?! No clear signage anywhere near the parking space, no pay and display just a sudden fine. I don't have money for lawyers so I paid it anyway.
