Terrible. We have a Giffgaff letter to our house with someone else's name on it. Possibly a scam or error in their database. They are an online-only float-off from O2 and are both owned by Teefonica UK. O2 take no responsibility and will not give contact phone details for Giffgaff. Telefonica UK similarly are completely invisible to public telephone callers. After many calls still no contact for Giffgaff - will go to the Police.

Absolutely rubbish! This network will take you back early 2000 internet speed and network coverage. Can you believe that the Average speed of the network in West Midlands is around 500 kbps. After being a customer for three years, I have switched to EE and in the process also changed all my families SIM.

My daughter recently placed an order to prurchase a mobile phone, I gave her my debit card but unfornateley ny daughter forgot her member name an a few other things. She also chose the option, whereby you can opt out of email update of tracking the delivery of the phone. When we didn't receive the phone, we contacted Giffgaff, and told them what happened. they in turn said without them necessary details, member name etc.. they cannot help us, even though i have my address and card details. 334.. down the drain.. they are the least helpful company I have come across. Update: I eventually got my money back after many emails.... so they are not that bad .
