Really bad person. Doesn't follow anything even if you put it in writing. Takes payment for tasks without completing full job. Really bad workmanship. Costs you more to fix his mistakes. He doesn't actually do any of the tasks himself and throws the burden on you to deal with his staff. Be cautious on how he changes his words and how he shows his real colour! Oh he will come back and say this review is fake.

From initial concept and design through to build - Faizan is a consummate professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with .Having completed two extensive projects for me to the highest standard there is no one better if you want a high end product and finish. We decided to work with Faizan because he came across as knowledgeable and honest. He made the whole process easy and stress free. We invested what were our life savings and really could not be happier with the results. The service was 5 star from start to finish. Could not be happier that we came across this great one stop shop service - and simply cannot recommend them enough!! Great work to their team and Faizan for an amazing job. Keep it up.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I went for Land Trades Construction as I was looking for a low cost, local tradesman for a conversion of some of my rooms. He and his men seemed fine for the first few days of construction but then demanded more money up front than was agreed upon initially, a red flag that i should have picked up on. The quality of work dropped dramatically after this, with rushed, poor quality work with many corners cut. Faizan also became more rude and agressive, with any complaints being brushed aside with an emphasis on him being in-charge (In one occasion the pipe broke in the bathroom he was building and i said that he should fix it quickly, he replied "I am in charge here" with a raised tone). After i noticed the painting was abysmal, with doors not being sanded before painting and the paint being low-quality with even lower-quality paintwork. After being confronted multiple times on the subject he finally hired an additional worker (all other projects had been undertaken by the same group who were clearly not qualified for the painting). Despite this fact the low quality paint and doors not being sanded lead to me having to hire someone myself to complete the job to an acceptable standard. In the utility room he converted the cupboards have nails piercing through the back and the cupboards themselves are not flush. The plumbing has had many issues such as the pipe in the bathroom being too large and stopping the cupboard he installed from closing properly, as well as the utility room pipes breaking down after less than a year of limited use. I recently contacted him to fix this issue and was told that it broke because I 'had been putting chemicals' down the sink and therefore it was my fault and would not be covered, even though using a utility room sink to dispose of cleaning liquids is a common practice that should not have damaged the plumbing. He then told me that the sink i said was leaking 'would not leak' and after demonstrating that it was leaking by running the tap for a few seconds he promptly left in his car without another word. I now have to pay someone else to fix his mistakes once again as i do not want him to come back and damage my home any further. If you are considering hiring Faizan and LTC i would strongly reccomend looking elsewhere as even though the work seemed cheaper than others in the beginning i am now paying more than i would had i hired the most expensive company due to the fact that i have to pay more people to repair his mistakes. Do not make the same mistake i did in hiring this man. Service: Remodeling
