Just one star as I was approached by the lady at Lancme who was so rude and obnoxious towards me, I was actually looking at Clarins and opened a box , so this woman shouted at me rudely. I opened the box anyway to see if the product was in there. She cannot speak to customers like that, a very common person indeed.

I booked an eye test and turned up 10mins late due to unforeseen issues. I spoke to the manager where he reminded me that I was late and they would not see me keeping in mind I was there first client of the dat. I found him to be dismissive and like he was repromanding one of his staff members who arrived to work ten mins late. There was nothing on the booking sheet to indicate if arrive late you will lose your appointment. I ended up going to an local opticians and omg the husband and wife were a joy to speak to I booked a free eye test and ended up chatting with them for 30mins. This kind of experience is non existent in a place like boots no smiles no curious manners just like robots but I must admit that one staff member did smile at me black girl with glasses.
