        Not recommending this Santander bank or the branch. Customer service gets down with their limited service availability every time I get in to Santander.

        Long wait to see a cashier at the counter which needs to be addressed. Also opening hours should be extended on Thursday, Friday until 18.00 and Saturday until 16.00 so that working people can have time to do their banking etc. You need to take a leaf out of Metro bank and look at their hours AND they're open on Sundays as well. Take a hint....

        Its so ridiculous that you are only open between 9.30 and 3pm. Do you not realise that that is time when most of us are at work? It's a good job you are not in charge of a restaurant or bus service etc If you can only open for 5 hours a day, then how about maybe every Tuesday and Thursday for example, you open from 1pm to 6pm????

        Now only open for 3 hours on a Saturday on the weekend. If you have a 9-5 job you have a 3 hour window each week on which you can be served. Will be moving bank ASAP.

        If you need to see a cashier, be prepared to wait a long time. Always queues. 11am Monday morning, 6 people in the queue, 2 cashiers, but one of them being trained, so can handle very limited transactions and very slow as she's just started training.
