Edit: moved out from this place after 3 years and now they are not giving full deposit back. They did not paint our walls for 3 years and now they are saying walls need painting hence we will get the cost from your deposit. Accusing me for not cleaning house before we moved out. Coming up random broken bulbs. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Moved here recently. Very well designed buildings I would say. However management is ridiculous, it's horribly bad and unfortunately after selling or renting the place they are not collaborating with me. I pay extra monthly rent for parking slot which is fine, and funny enough i managed to get parking ticket on my own slot because the management gave only one parking letter to me as they did not organised permanent parking ticket on time, so while we were moving from old house to new one, we get penalty ticket because the ticket i was giving was in the van! Isn't it funny!? You pay monthly rent for a slot, and you get a penalty ticket for that slot, isn't that sounds like trying their best to stealing money from others? We have been told if there is any guest to our property, they would need to get a guest parking letter from management team at pinnpoint, and after 2 weeks or so my mother was told guests cannot park in any location around pinnpoint, they will only get penalty ticket if they do so.. Where are we, in prison or what?! You cannot smoke(i dont smoke anyway) around pinnpoint and in the property, you cannot park anywhere regardless if you are guest or tenant. I hope they will get better at management otherwise this place will turn from lovely location to hell... my post code is does not exist on google as well, it shows different location on google. So once again, pinnpoint done excellent project planning. I have two vehicles and when we moved in we were giving literally smallest location you could get out of all parking slots. I was literally wasting 15 mins every morning to move my vehicles around. THANKFULLY they did changed my parking slot to better one! Park slots are being controlled by private company, i was kindly asking to get their lawyer details, and i get no response. I am trying my best to be nice to their management team, and each time i try harder i feel like i am getting backstabbed more... Being friendly and nice person did not work in my case, unfortunately.

Glad to be moving from here, the incompetence is laughable. Worst place I have ever lived and I lived in South America!
