Never had a problem, brilliant service the staff are fantastic and friendly. But that's my opinion the dog on the other hand bloody hates it!.

I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. The team always look after him well. Every time he has an appointment the team make such a fuss of him. I always feel he has the best of care and trust the team implicitly.

You don't really know what the vet you have registered with is like until you really need them. My son lives with me and his dog Milo. Milo won't be 2 until January, and the week before this, we didn't think that would happen. Milo became ill while we were out walking, we walk about 6 miles, and by the time we were home, he was very ill. Over the next week, Milo had daily visits to the vets as he wasn't getting any better. It was decided he needed further investigations, x-rays, a drip, and overnight stay. The whole team down at the vets were gentle with him and reassuring with us, no matter when we needed to ask something. Milo has made a full recovery, and although he lost a lot of weight, he's building up his strength. A great team, huge thanks to them.
