Uttoxeter Taxis Alton Towers

my boyfriend phoned up to get us a taxi back to a train station. there was no problems with them when we got a taxi the day before but my boyfriend phoned up and asked for a taxi they were more than happy to until they asked for my boyfriends name. he has a very unique name that not many people have so he told them his name and they refused to send someone out, my boyfriends name is Blue. they refused to send somebody out and they were very rude over the phone, they had no reason to be so rude and nasty towards us just because my boyfriend has a unique name. i do not recommend their service to anybody. theyre very rude !!

Booked this taxi from alton towers to our hotel, the guy was flirting on the phone with me, and said he'd be 15 minutes he was 30 minutes late so I phoned to have 3 men speak down the phone to me in a very rude manner after complaining that they were abit late! Witch made me feel very unsafe to why there was 3 men in the taxi that's meant to be picking me up. I cancelled taxi for them to come to alton towers and harass me, tried kidnapping me, if it wasn't for the friendly taxi man that works for alton I may of got kidnapped may i just say i am 15 years old so very creepy indeed they also went on to harass other ladies at alton towers trying to force them in to the car. The official taxis for alton told me and my friend that that taxi service is unlicensed and was impersonating the official taxis for alton l, DO NOT USE THUS TAXI SERVICE very dodgy men run it! Very rude! And women should especially avoid this service due to them kidnapping them.

Awful company!!! Almost kidnapped by one of the drivers as he turned up from this company that we didnt even call!!!! They try to steal customers. Used before and they hang up before confirming you've even booked your taxi!! You ask for a quote and they just book your taxi before telling you how much!! AVOID

EXTREMELY rude and unnecessarily angry and unprofessional towards us. made us feel unsafe and when we cancelled our taxi due to feeling unsafe they harassed us (including in person) for 40 minutes! very angry and unprofessional i would NEVER recommend this to anyone at all. also please note they are not even affiliated with alton towers!
