        All pipes in utility room frozen and blown. Started ringing round for an emergency plumber and fortunately managed to contact James. He arrived within 2 hours, knew exactly what to do and saved me having a major flood. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. He even went the extra mile to source and replace the washing machine pipe which had split. Excellent job - will definitely contact him for any further plumbing jobs. Thanks James.
