        SUPER impressed with Max Spielmann, Uttoxeter. I went in to have my photos taken for a passport. The lady who worked there recommended I use their passport service, for a small fee. I would recommend it to anyone! Within 2 weeks I have received my new passport. Thank you Max Spielmann. The lady who runs your store is friendly, helpful and kind. GREAT customer service!

        Went to collect parcel for GF whilst she was at work, entered politely, enquired politely about parcel was told I would need my ID and that of GF and address, I said I didn't have them with me so I'll get GF to come collect later, the blonde worker then said gf could message them to me, I replied with she is at work and wouldn't be able to do that. Then the blonde worker started raising her voice, mocking me by repeating my own words back in a condescending manner then pretty much shouting. I walked out. Aworst customer service I have ever seen. She should be sacked.
