Having left this pharmacy in tears, I felt I had to leave a review. I requested my usual repeat prescription & was told via the app that it had been approved by my doctors surgery and as I had run out of one medication, I went to collect my prescription. I was given a bag, which I took home. I then realised that the medication I had been given was wrong & not what I had requested. I went back the following day to be told I had ordered incorrectly & I should have enough medication and that the approval by the surgery that I had used to track the readiness of my order was simply to acknowledge they had received my request, which I dont think is true as there is a different status for that. i was told finally, that a mistake had been made, which is what I was trying to explain to the pharmacist. I queried why I would be allowed too much of the medication I HADNT ordered and none of the medication I had ordered. I was told I was being aggressive & not accepting what I was told.. I agreed that I was questioning what I was told as the pharmacist kept changing what he was saying to the point where I was confused. I was never aggressive - I was simply disagreeing with him. He said I raised my voice , which is untrue as my tone was carefully well modulated at all times - except for when I told him - if I was being aggressive, I would be speaking like this, and I raised my voice for 10 seconds , still not aggressively, just louder. As Im softly spoken, my voice was still not loud. He asked why I not asked for a quiet word with him and I asked where? I didnt know that was an option. Were we supposed to step outside round the corner? He suggested we go into a private room, which I wasnt aware existed, but I was so uncomfortable at this point, I felt I needed to stay in a public place. I could go on & on giving details but I feel Ive made the point I needed to. Having left the pharmacy , I dont have the medication I needed & I dont feel I want to go back to this pharmacy. Im very shocked & upset at this experience. To make a complaint, he suggested I write to him. Im not sure how useful this would prove to be. Avoid.
