I was initially anxious due to having sensitive skin & allergies but Tara explained the processes clearly & thoroughly, including pre and post care required and how the treatments worked. She asked if I had any questions and answered them honestly which effectively squash any concerns I had.
On the day of my treatments she always had a calm, friendly, approachable and professional demeanour, which immediately set me at ease.
The treatments went smoothly and she regularly asked me questions to ensure my comfort throughout.
Afterwards, the post-care routine was reiterated and any queries clarified. I have to say I have thoroughly enjoyed my treatments at Glow Skin Clinic and have more booked for the future.
