Tracey Llyod is my mortgage adviser. She was very helpful and guided me with ease . Response to each inquiries are quick , Susan her assistant is also great in following things up. Overall I would highly recommend their company

Tracey and Susan are absolutely fantastic, me and my partner were close to giving up on securing a mortgage for our dream house when we were recommended Traceys services, we contacted KMJ and outlined our situation but we didnt have much hope, to our surprise Tracey contacted us back shortly after to inform us we had a DIP and that it was highly likely that we would receive a full offer once all the relevant paperwork was sent, Tracey was fantastic in being able to find us a mortgage and Susan has been incredible and went above and beyond to keep us informed as to what stage things were at and to help keep any questions we had answered and settle our nerves throughout proceedings, I cannot thank them both enough for their hard work and will be forever grateful to them for helping us start our journey on the property ladder!
