Rooms: Had no window just a door which led to the roof which other people could go onto. Nearby activities: Nothing to do close by. Had to travel 20+ minutes to Darby or Alton towers. Safety: Doors didnt look 100% of the time. Walkability: 2 minute walk to high street with a few shops including Asda, home bargains, costa, and they had a craft market on which was incredible. Food & drinks: Good and drink was lovely. And came out quickly

Rubbish. The place was good when it first re-opened but appears to have slipped in to being a pub that sells some food rather than the decent restaurant/bar that it was. Booked online but they couldnt find our booking so they put us on the wonkiest of bar tables, which wasnt cleaned for us regardless of it having existing dirty glasses on it, by where pool was being played. Couldnt order food due to a private function, despite being allowed to book for a meal. After ,eventually, being allowed to order food the order was wrong when it arrived and wouldnt fit on the bar table with the drinks due to it not being a dining table. The standard was pretty high when it re-opened so Im not surprised it hasnt been able to keep it upI am surprised at how far it has fallen though.
