Amazing this review has now had over 1,650 Google hits, and its merited for this branch. If your looking for a new Bank in town, look no further. They do such a good job. Very good staff support. Friendly and helpful to all. There are times they need 3 or more Counter Tellers as volumes build up. Natwest is a huge asset to the town. With c 900 more homes coming to the town and still more rural building, hopefully post dreadful Fred the Shred, HQ are made aware of the real growth potential. The Branch does a lot of good for the community. It's needed. A key problem is the damned Council Rates killing businesses and taking forever with planning. Even JCB struggled 3 years with damned 106s for the new site near Waitrose. The town is a great hub point with real potential and train links Council Planners are a frustrating nightmare and need rethinking. Towns are dying feeding them, overpriced parking, and excessive overkill rates.! Sack the Councils, not the towns. Good Policing, a Waitrose, good inner town shops and cafes. and growing youth. Businesses need to be attracted in. Natwest Uttoxeter, is an excellent branch, use it! Highly recommend them. Ideal Bank. Professional and a credit to Natwest! Much needed by the town. But stop this Covid overkill nonsense with all Banks leaving their customers queuing needlessly in cold, wet and windy streets. Its way OTT knee jerk nonsense. Covid deaths are now less than Flue it's hyped!

I have had to carry out two very complicated transactions some months apart yet the managerial staff involved remembered me. The staff still carried out their due diligence checks and I was armed with appropriate supporting ID so the process was completed in a reasonable time. I will thus use this branch in preference to one in the city which is much closer to me. In consequence I have no hesitation in recommending this branch for their focus and application in things beyond mundane day to day banking. That includes those staff allowing customers in and out in a safe manner to minimise the covid risks too. Thank you.

Always long queues to get served, irrespective of what time of day it is. Often the queues stretch out onto the pavement!! Ridiculous, avoid if you can.
