        Louise the branch manager was extremely helpful today and I want to share my experience. I came in with potential fraud on my account and I was alarmed how easy it was to become a victim of cyber fraud but she put a stop to all the possible threats and ordered me a new card. I felt reassured and safe, and any possible thoughts of leaving Barclays has been dashed from my mind, great customer service. Louise is an asset to the Barclays team.

        I had a problem with my account that I couldn't sort out online. The branch were super helpful sorting me out as I struggled to use the app. I felt like a was a VIP, nothing was to much for the ladies in branch. Thanks for all the help. I will definitely return soon.
