We attended the uttoxeter branch today. Although our query got resolved, this was not plain sailing! We found kay very apathetic, rude and spoke to us like we were a 2 Yr old . Unprofessional service.

Lloyds on line banking is really poor. 3 hours it has taken me on hold to try to transfer money to pay my mortgage off. I am so fed up with the wait,response and whole procedure of having to do this through the banking app. Just so poor.
