Vets4Pets - Saffron Walden

My daughters hamster was beginning to rock the bald hair look and was losing it pretty quickly. One trip to Saffron Walden, Vets4Pets and he is re growing a fur coat that Im sure will be suitable for any Hamster King. The Lady Vet we saw was very good and did a thorough examination of him and made sure we knew the plan of action going forwards, with assurances to give them a call if we needed anything. I was very impressed with what we were charged too for the service received and including medication. We have both our pets registered here now.

Highly recommend this vet. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. The vets are knowledgeable and I always feel they are looking out for the pets best interests. They also do their best to create treatment plans that will work for the owners needing to administer them!

The staff are so wonderful. I enquired for an appointment as my Hamster wasn't well, they called back within the hour to bring her straight in. She'd got a little better so they gave her a chance by giving us some medicine and a follow up appointment that week. Unfortunately, we know taking her in that she had to be put to sleep. Our vet was just incredible. She was so compassionate and made us feel a lot better even though we were losing our little hammy! She was not just a hamster to us, she was our darling pet. Another vet surgery which I won't name, didn't make us feel that welcome in the past. Which is why we chose here and I am so glad we did. When we went to pick up her ashes, they even gave us a little sympathy card. They truly went above and beyond. When we do eventually get another pet, I have no doubt if they need anything that I will be going straight to Vets 4 Pets Saffron Walden. Thank you all for making my little Padm's last moments as comfortable and as easy as possible.
