        Moved to Durham last year, asked on a facebook local group, LP&H was named for 2 out of 3 answers and they didn't disappoint. Responded very quickly, they have a text facility for easy messaging, came to my house the next day, got it working and advised the problem then booked it in. However, the boiler failed again so contacted for advice so they brought the job forward and got everything sorted within 24 hours. Friendly, approachable, more than competent, great work. Invoice was sent by email with infoemation to make payment through banking app, very easy to use and no fuss. Highly recommend these guys and would use again.
