        16 luxury apartments for over fifties. Communal room, front and rear garden for relaxing in the sunshine. All communal areas inside are fully carpeted including the hallways. Inside bin stores on each floor, caretaker and cleaner come once a week at least. Downstairs storage area for mobility scooters, wheelchairs & peddle cycles.
