My ten year old daughter has had recurrent issues with her ears. Resulting in numerous prescriptions and appointments. On three separate occasions we were told she would be referred to ENT if no luck with meds. We asked for another appointment as still no referral and still issues, we attended Meadowfield as no apps were available at Bearpark. The Gp stated he would forward a letter of referral there and then. Months later so no appointment, I contacted Bearpark to learn this referral had not been made. I stated I would be making a complaint, which resulted in a referral for her ears to be suctioned. Also, if this did not work a referral to ENT would be made. The issue returned, again I made an appointment, only to be told that my daughter would have to live with it. We also mentioned that her hearing wasn't the best, in which the GP replied "there is nothing wrong with her hearing" even though no test had been performed. He prescribed some more drops which helped the condition. However, we are back to the same issue again. This has gone on for two years, Awaiting a call from GP at Meadowfield this morning, before deciding what further action we will be taking
