I am extremely disappointed with this company and want to warn present and future customers against trusting them to fulfil their responsibilities. I feel they have totally let me down and have broken the terms of their contract. I purchased my car on 20th February 2017 and paid an additional 991 in payment for a fully comprehensive Dunelm Lifetime Guarantee "A lifetime guarantee -unlimited mileage - unlimited time period". Terms and conditions state I must have the car fully serviced every year (or within 12,000 miles - as my mileage is quite low this was not an issue). I ensured my car was MoT'd and fully serviced in February each year and always prior to the date of the guarantee (20th of the month). After 6 years of compliance this latest full service (15th February 2023) identified some work was required. I returned the car to Dunelm Car Sales for repair under our agreement and made sure they had all the years documentation to prove my compliance. They have refused to honour their part in this agreement - stating that because they car was not serviced on the same exact date each February the guarantee was invalid. My meeting with Colon and Kevin was met with cold stonewalling and with not an ounce of concern. I am now retired and living on a state pension - having to pay over 560 to repair my car I am seriously out of pocket and Dunelm Car Sales have enjoyed my 991 for doing absolutely nothing. I have no recourse as I cannot afford to pay for legal advice. They deserve no stars at all but in order to post this I need to give this one.

Do not trust BEWARE I am very disappointed with service provided due failure to stick to agreements / commitments made when deal to purchase VW Polo for my son was agreed - I paid full asking price for the car on condition several issues were put right prior to collection as it was important car was correct with it being for my son. A replacement (2nd) key was meant to be provided with car on collection however when I collected car I was advised that it had not been sorted but not to worry as this would be sorted at my home address the following week this did not happen nor have I had any response to emails or phone calls regarding this matter I am having to pay 300 for replacement The car was meant to have scratches to paintwork professionally removed and on closer inspection this had not been done The car has an intermittent fault I have had this checked out at a local independent VW specialist and it is a fault with the Gear Selector Switch which will be 220 to resolve The Handbrake on light does not work and needs switch replaced The tyre pressures had not been checked prior to us driving the car away and were all over the place and dangerously low this is really concerning as indicates PDI obviously not carried out and this basic omission does not give me any confidence at all that the car has been fully serviced (as agreed) Awful place to deal with and I am having to pay out around 700 to have issues put right with car bought in good faith ****Do Not Trust****

Really good sales team. Not pushy and honest. They want your money!! Got a friendly owner who welcomed a sale despite not buying the Aston Martin beside his office. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I couldn't even get 50 knocked off
