The staff are often slack. When some of my items were missing told ring Dr's. Only to find on return that things were there already!

My husband and I booked flu jabs for last weekend indicating online already that I am pregnant and one is private. When we got there, the woman first said pregnant women cannot have the jab at the pharmacy and I should go to my GP, she then checked (for 10 minutes, which was after an initial 10 minute wait before someone even came to speak to us) if she can give me one. It turns out, of course she can, but then she didn't know which one. So another 10 minutes later, she said she didn't have the correct one in stock (after she had to call a frienbto check). So after 30 minutes my husband finally got his jab and I got to go home without a jab and have to go to the GP to get mine. What is the point in having to indicate online the reason for you coming to have your jab, when the correct jab isn't then even available on the day (we booked 1 month in advance) so plenty of time to get prepared. I am sure I am not the first pregnant lady in Urmston to wanting to have her flu jab. During the jab for my husband she also seemed very incompetent as she took 5 minutes to apply a plaster after his arm started bleeding. In addition, the jab is way more expensive here than at other places so safe to say, we will not be coming here again!!

I changed from here for convenience as i moved...missed them so much transferred back to the them. Love the staff so helpful especially Debbie love the main pharmacist sorry dont know her name. 5 stars all the way.
